These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Hombre Primal online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Hombre Primal

Hombre Primal is an online store specialising in premium men's intimate wellness, pleasure and personal care products.

2. Age Requirement

Hombre Primal sells products intended for adults.

By purchasing age-restricted or adult intimate products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to purchase such products in your country of residence.

3. Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing.

Product colours, packaging or presentation may occasionally differ slightly from the images displayed on our website. Manufacturers may also update packaging or product specifications without prior notice.

Such minor differences do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the contract.

4. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed in our store are shown in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices include applicable VAT where required. The applicable VAT treatment is determined in accordance with Spanish and European Union tax rules and the information provided during checkout.

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

An order may be refused or cancelled where, for example:

• a product is unavailable;
• an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
• we are legally unable to supply the product to the delivery destination.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Hombre Primal does not directly store complete payment card details.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and the payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Hombre Primal currently ships exclusively to selected countries within the European Union.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Some products may be dispatched from different distribution locations within the European Union. An order containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

For eligible purchases, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this 14-day period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, eligible products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to certain products.

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been broken after delivery. This may include certain intimate products, personal-care products and other hygiene-sensitive items where this exception is applicable.

If the original hygiene seal remains intact, the normal right of withdrawal may still apply.

9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

The restrictions relating to hygiene-sensitive returns do not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, does not conform to the contract or has been supplied incorrectly.

If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and relevant information about the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or other reasonable information to help assess the problem.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Legal Guarantee

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable under Spanish and European Union consumer law.

For new goods, Hombre Primal is liable for a lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within three years from delivery, in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances and the requirements of applicable law, remedies may include bringing the goods into conformity through repair or replacement, an appropriate reduction in price, or termination of the contract.

This statutory guarantee is separate from any additional commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, care information and safety guidance supplied with a product.

Products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Where relevant, customers should check product materials, ingredients, dimensions and other specifications before use.

If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, you should review the relevant product information before use.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to product safety or product conformity.

12. Personal Information & Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

We collect and process personal information where necessary to operate our store, process and deliver orders, provide customer service, comply with legal obligations and for other purposes where a valid legal basis exists.

13. Intellectual Property

The Hombre Primal name, branding, website design, original text, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Hombre Primal website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update, maintain, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section affects rights relating to orders already placed.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hombre Primal is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper use of a product, use contrary to supplied instructions or warnings, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This does not exclude or restrict liability for defective products, lack of conformity or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable legislation.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed, unless a change is required by applicable law.

17. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer residing in another European Union member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Any mandatory rights regarding access to competent courts or alternative dispute resolution remain unaffected.
